Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the BabyBerry mobile application and this website (“the Service”), operated by Seedflow Limited (“we”, “us”). By using BabyBerry you agree to these Terms.

1. Not medical advice

Important. BabyBerry is a companion for tracking, remembering, and asking. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or screen. The AI companion provides general information only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any decision that affects your or your baby's health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in credentials private. Tell us at support@babyberry.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use BabyBerry to harass another person, including a family-shared partner.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

4. Subscriptions

BabyBerry offers free features and optional Pro subscriptions. Pricing, billing period, included features, usage allowances, and any introductory offer are shown in the App at purchase. Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and renew under the applicable store terms until cancelled there. Uninstalling the App, deleting your BabyBerry account, or unlinking a family member does not cancel a store subscription.

Where available, one active Pro subscription may give one linked family member access. AI and image allowances may be shared, so either member's use can reduce what remains for both. Shared access may end when the subscription or family link ends.

5. Content

You retain ownership of the content you enter (records, photos, messages). You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that content only as needed to operate the Service.

5A. Family sharing

You may invite one trusted person to a shared family space. The linked member may access and, where the App allows, add, change, or delete the shared baby profile, prenatal checkups, and designated baby-scoped pregnancy or care records. Personal health check-ins, journals, mood logs, account settings, AI chats, Insight Profile, and long-term memory are not automatically shared. Protect invite codes and invite only someone authorised to access the relevant pregnancy and baby information.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedflow Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using BabyBerry at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or if continued operation would expose us or other users to harm.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this clause overrides mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms when the Service changes. Material changes will be highlighted in-app and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the change.
