This Privacy Policy explains how Seedflow Limited (“we”, “us”, “BabyBerry”), a company registered in Hong Kong, HK, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the BabyBerry mobile application and this website.

Plain-language summary. We collect the minimum information needed to give you a calm pregnancy companion. Your records, bump photos, and chat history are visible to you and the partner you invite — not to advertisers. We do not sell your data.

1. Who we are

BabyBerry is operated by Seedflow Limited, contactable at contact@seedflowhk.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What we collect

• Account information — email address, display name, locale, and optional avatar.
• Pregnancy information you choose to record — due date, pre-pregnancy weight, height, kicks, weight logs, blood pressure, checkup notes, bump photos.
• Chat content — questions you send to the AI companion and the answers it returns.
• Device and diagnostic data — model, OS version, app version, crash reports. Used to debug and improve the app.
• Subscription status — whether you hold a premium subscription, supplied by our payment provider.

We do not sell your personal data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build cross-site advertising profiles.

3. How we use your data

• To operate the app — show your week-by-week tracker, save your records, deliver AI replies.
• To support you — answer messages you send to support@babyberry.app.
• To improve the product — debug crashes, identify common issues, measure feature use in aggregate.
• To meet legal obligations — fraud prevention, regulatory requests where required by law.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that make BabyBerry work — for example, our app backend (Supabase), our crash reporter (Sentry), our payment processor (Apple, Google, or RevenueCat). Each provider is contractually limited to processing your data for BabyBerry's purposes.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Japan's APPI, or Hong Kong's PDPO — including access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@seedflowhk.com.

6. Children

BabyBerry is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

7. Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account exists, and for a short period afterwards for legal compliance and backup. You can request deletion at any time.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence by our service providers. We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the policy changes, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the change. Material changes will be highlighted in-app.
